Job Description: ManPower CompensationSpecialist
JobObjective:
Participate in theplanning and budgeting of corporate workforce requirements aligningwith the Companys projected growth expansion and nationalizationplans. Ensure the implementation and administration of Compensationand Benefits (C&B) plans in accordance with Companys HRstrategy policies and local labor laws contributing to operationaland strategicgoals.
Responsibilities/Communication/OHSEKey Roles &Responsibilities:
- HRPolicies andDOA:
- Participatein developing HR policy modifications aligned with organizationalobjectives.
- Provide policy interpretationadvice to employees Department Heads and ExecutiveManagement.
- Evaluate and recommend changes inHR policies ensuring alignment andcompliance.
- Benchmark and evaluate HR planningand organizational development policies andpractices.
- HRBudgets &Plans:
- Supportthe Senior ManagerHR Planning and Compensation in the annual HRbudgeting process.
- Consolidate the HR budgetanalyze expenses and report variances to the SectionHead.
- WorkforcePlanning &Management:
- Analyzecurrent and future workforce requirements based on strategicobjectives department needs and markettrends.
- Assist in planning and coordinating theavailability of the right talent considering Qatarization andstrategic goals.
- Integrate workforce planningwith talent and succession planning for future talentpipeline.
- JobEvaluation:
- Evaluatenewly created or existing positions to determine job worth andassign appropriate jobgrades.
- RewardSurveys & SalaryStructure:
- Participatein periodic market reward surveys.
- Analyzecompensation and benefits across business units recommendingchanges forequity.
- Compensationand BenefitsPlans:
- Prepareannual compensation and benefits plans ensuring compliance andbudgetary considerations.
- Develop and maintaina competitive compensation and benefitsprogram.
- Administer compensation and benefitssurveys recommend changes based on benchmarkingstudies.
- Update job descriptions job familiesand recognitionplans.
- CompanyHealth & Safety Security Environment andQuality:
- Ensurecompliance with safety quality and environmental managementpolicies.
- Prioritize employee safety andlegislativecompliance.
- PoliciesSystems Processes &Procedures:
- Implementapproved departmental policies processes andprocedures.
- Monitor adherence to ensureconsistency and worldclass servicedelivery.
- ContinuousImprovement:
- Contributeto identifying opportunities for change initiatives and projectsreflecting international bestpractices.
- RelatedAssignments:
- Performother duties and assignments asdirected.
MinimumQualification/Experiences/Skills:
- Education& Professional Qualification: Bachelor sdegree in human resources Business Administration orequivalent.
- ProfessionalExperience: Minimum of 5 years in Compensation andBenefits function. GRP qualificationpreferred.
- GeographicExperience:Preferred.
- ComputerSkills: Good knowledge of office and webapplications.
- LanguageSkills: Business fluentEnglish.
- Market/Industry/FunctionalKnowledge: Knowledge of the development and managementof reward strategies and data analysis. Knowledge of bestcompensation and benefits practices locally andinternationally.
